RDC Subscriptions - Terms of Service

The following RDC Subscriptions Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RDC paid Vehicle Rental premium listings subscriptions ("Subscription Plan(s)").

These Terms are supplemental to the RDC Terms & Conditions and any additional standards, conditions, policies, guidelines and in-product disclosures, which are incorporated herein by reference (collectively, “RDC Terms”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the RDC Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using any of the Subscription Plans.

1. Premium Listings

1.1. The “Featured” listing option enhances a Vehicle’s visibility by positioning it above standard listings on all relevant categories’ pages, as follows:

Priority Placement: Featured Vehicles display a “Featured” icon and appear above regular listings.
Flexible Allocation: The Vehicle Rental can assign and reassign Featured status to different Vehicles at any time, provided the number of simultaneously active Featured Vehicles does not exceed the limit specified in the applicable Subscription.
Unlimited Activations: There are no restrictions on how often the Vehicle Rental can activate or deactivate Featured status for different Vehicles, provided the number of simultaneously active Featured Vehicles does not exceed the limit specified in the applicable Subscription.
Continuous Visibility: Featured status remains active for the term of the applicable Subscription Plan.

1.2. The “Super Boost” listing option enhances a Vehicle’s visibility by positioning it above both standard and Featured listings on all relevant categories’ pages, as follows:

Highest Priority Placement: Super Boost Vehicles display the “Featured” icon but are ranked and appear higher than regular Featured listings without providing any indications to other Vehicle Rentals or Customers that the Platform is actively promoting the Super Boost vehicle above other listings.
Minimum Duration Requirement: The Super Boost option must remain active on a Vehicle for at least five (5) days before it can be reassigned.
Additional Super Boost Key Advantages:
- Recommended Vehicles: Vehicles with the Super Boost option will be included in the special “Recommended Vehicles” section on the Platform.
- Dedicated Marketing: RDC’s marketing team shall use its best efforts to promote Super Boost Vehicles.
- Banner Promotion: RDC may, at its sole and full discretion, feature Super Boost vehicles in banners on relevant pages of the Platform.

2. Subscription Fees

2.1. In consideration for the Subscription Plan, the Vehicle Rental shall pay RDC a monthly fee at the price displayed for the Subscription Plan selected by the Vehicle Rental (“Subscription Fees”). The Subscription Fees will be charged monthly, at the beginning of the month.

2.2. By joining a Subscription Plan, the Vehicle Rental authorizes RDC to charge the Subscription Fee monthly directly from the Vehicle Rental or the payment method defined by the Vehicle Rental for this purpose.

2.3. The Subscription Plan and Subscription Fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

2.4. Fees do not include taxes. The Vehicle Rental may be charged with indirect taxes (such as VAT) according to the applicable law.

3. Subscription Plans

3.1. Standard – Subscription Fee of 3,500 AED/month or as updated on https://rent-cars.ae/become-a-partner/

Featured Listings: five (5) Featured slots.
Minimum Commitment: four (4) months.
Vehicle Limit: Unlimited.
Commission Fee: None.

3.2. Advanced Plan – Subscription Fee of 5,000 AED/month or as updated on https://rent-cars.ae/become-a-partner/

Featured Listings: five (5) Featured slots and one (1) Super Boost.
Minimum Commitment: four (4) months.
Vehicle Limit: Unlimited.
Commission Fee: None.

3.3. Professional Plan – Subscription Fee of 10,000 AED/month or as updated on https://rent-cars.ae/become-a-partner/

Featured Listings: ten (10) Featured slots and three (3) Super Boosts.
Minimum Commitment: two (2) months.
Vehicle Limit: Unlimited.
Commission Fee: None.

3.4. Ultimate Plan – Subscription Fee of 15,000 AED/month or as updated on https://rent-cars.ae/become-a-partner/

Featured Listings: fifteen (15) Featured slots and five (5) Super Boosts.
Minimum Commitment: one (1) month.
Vehicle Limit: Unlimited.
Commission Fee: None.

3.5. Trial Period

A Vehicle Rental might be offered a one-time, ten (10) day free trial with full access to all features of the trial plan listing that includes up to three (3) Featured listings with total Vehicle Limit of twenty (20) cars (“Trial Period” and “Trial Plan” respectively).
The Trial Period and Trial Plan offer is available once to new subscribers only. The Vehicle Rental with an existing Subscription Plan or those previously used the Trial Plan are not eligible.
The Vehicle Rental may cancel the Trial Plan any time during the Trial Period without charges by contacting RDC.
Valid billing information is required at Trial Period activation. No charges apply during the Trial Period.

4. Renewal; Cancellation; Termination; Change

4.1. After joining the Subscription Plan and making the initial payment, the Subscription Plan will be automatically renewed every month until the subscription is cancelled or terminated.

4.2. The Vehicle Rental may cancel any Subscription Plan or change at any time, prior to the next billing date by contacting RDC. The cancellation or change of a current Subscription Plan will become effective at the end of such Subscription Plan’s billing minimum commitment.

4.3. Notwithstanding the above, the Vehicle Rental may upgrade to a higher Subscription Plan at any time subject to the adjustment of the Subscription Fee accordingly.

4.4. RDC may terminate any of the Vehicle Rental’s subscriptions to any of the Subscription Plans, without any refund, due to violation of these Terms or any other RDC Terms, including due to non-payment of the applicable fees. In such a case, the subscription to the applicable Subscription Plans will be immediately cancelled.

4.5. RDC reserves the right to discontinue or change any term of the Subscription Plans, or any of their features for any reason, at any time at its sole discretion.

4.6. The Vehicle Rental may change the subscription plan upon providing RDC with a written notification at least fourteen (14) days in advance. Any changes to the subscription plan are subject to RDC's written approval.

5. General

5.1. No Guarantee of Success. The features included in any Subscription Plan do not guarantee business success. RDC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness or results of any Subscription Plan. The Vehicle Rental remains solely responsible for the quality, pricing, and optimization of its services.

5.2. Subscription Plan Eligibility and Modifications. Eligibility for Subscription Plans, including access and their features, may be subject to change at RDC’s sole and full discretion. RDC reserves the right to modify or update any Subscription Plan offerings at any time.

6. Changes to these Terms

6.1. The Vehicle Rental acknowledges and agrees that if it uses Vehicle Rental Subscriptions after the date on which the Terms have changed, RDC will treat such use as acceptance of the updated Terms. If the Vehicle Rental does not agree to the changes of the Terms, it will have to cancel the Subscription Plan.

6.2. RDC may change these Terms due to changes in the Platform, the Platform’s policies, the services, the Subscription Plans and in the usual course of developing RDC products and services, changes in any relevant feature or functionality of the Platform, changes in circumstances beyond RDC’s reasonable control, to adapt to new technologies, and to address changes in law and regulatory requirements as well as security and fraud issues.

6.3. RDC may make changes to these Terms, including Subscription Fees, from time to time at its full and sole discretion. RDC will make a new copy of the terms available on the respective page when these changes are made.
